Frequently asked questions

ORDERS

A: To place an order, first go to the product page, which you can reach via the navigation. Then select the desired order quantity of the product and click on "Add to cart". You will now be redirected to your shopping cart. Now click on "Checkout" and follow the steps to place your order.

A: You can easily check your order status here. To do so, enter the tracking number we sent you. It may take 1-3 business days to view your order status after receiving the tracking number. In case you have not received a tracking number from us, please send an email to: kontakt@petgut.de. We will then immediately inform you of your tracking number and the status of your order.

A: In order for you to receive your order as quickly as possible, in rare cases we may ship products one at a time. The other ordered products will arrive in the following days.

A: Please check your spam folder and see if the confirmation email is there. If not, you can always contact us at kontakt@petgut.de.

DISPATCH

A: By default, we only ship within Europe. Upon request, we can also ship your order to any other country. Simply send a request to: kontakt@petgut.de

A: Our team is working at full speed to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Due to the current high demand, delivery times may be longer in some places. Your order should usually arrive within 1-3 weeks after receipt of payment, despite high demand. Only in rare cases it can take up to 40 days. If you have any questions about your order, you can always email us at kontakt@petgut.de. We will give you an accurate information about your order at any time.

A: In this case, please email us at kontakt@petgut.de as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error afterwards.

ZAHLUNGSMETHODEN

A: We currently accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), instant bank transfer and prepayment. All details are transmitted encrypted via our security server. Your payment data will NOT be stored by us, but only used for the ordering process.
